For better or worse, Neil’s fascination with light falling upon things has driven him to photography. He enjoys the art of image making, and looks to connect with the viewer by either attracting or repulsing them with an appeal to their subconscious.
Neil has lived in Halifax since 2018, and has no plans to leave.
